Electrode insulting cylinder an interim heat-insulting and electrode storage apparatus .That is.the electrode is nipped on the welding clamp after being taken out from the dryingcabinet(oven).This series products usually utilizes secondary power of the welder for heating .There are specifications that are applicable both for A.C.220V power heating and motor 150℃、180℃±15℃ and the moisture rate of electrode coating is <0.4％,so that the coating will not aging and flake off the electrode will not be affected by the moisture in air and avoid generation of air  vent and hydrogen crack ,thus to ensure high-quality welding requirements .The temperature of electrode stoving cylinder is ranged between 50℃-400℃ ,and you may choose either drying or insulting freely ,it is very applicable for construction sites.
